Uber, Lyft and AirBnb aren’t the only ways to earn a little extra money on the side. Some have made full time businesses out of these three… Myself, AirBnb is VERY appealing after being a landlord for so long. I always liked the idea of short term tenants… Anyway, that’s for another post.
Whether you’re an engineer, nurse, doctor, teacher, musician, mechanic, lawyer, vet, electrician, antiques appraiser, accountant, computer expert… you get the idea.. You can turn your expertise into a #side hustle, even maybe a full time business. There is no shortage of websites to make this happen, but one of my favorites is JustAnswer.com You can see how active a marketplace is by looking at some of their service providers.
For example, in the engineering category, this person has over 100 customers…. not bad for something as specialized as engineering.
Another one I found interesting is a Musical Instrument Appraiser… this person has over 5K customers and reviews.
Are you in the medical field, look @ some of the customers and ratings this doctor has….
Are you a nurse? Use your expertise to help people… think this person is making any money with over 5k customers?
So what do you do with all the extra money you make? Reinvest it to make more money….. THEN spend it on what you want and love.
