Marty Pelletier, like many people, has been taking advantage of the Cannibus Market…. but not in opening up pot shops or investing in marijuana penny stocks. Instead, he’s investing in Cannibis domains, specifically ones that have expired. Personally, I’ve never had that kind of profit on a 27 dollar domain,… at least not from flipping it right after it was purchased. I HAVE made that much money by purchasing an expired domain and turning it into a database driven site. Why? Because many times these sites have authority in Google, built in backlinks, etc. So (not as much now – you have to do more homework) you can profit nicely by taking advantage of their status in the search engines. I use several tools to find the gems…. I try to get the domain to be as close as possible to what it is I want to promote. Though it doesn’t have to be… I’ve purchased domains for a pretty penny that were completely devoid of any relevance to whatever it was I was peddling. You (or someone you hire) could have a full time job finding the nuggets of gold. Of cousre you don’t tell the person too much and risk them gobbling up all the gems for themselves.

I’m sure you’ve heard the old adage, “Takes money to make money”. It does indeed, typically the higher the risk, the higher the reward. I don’t recommend doing this NOR penny stocks until you’ve really done your homework. What do I mean by homework? Study sits such as DomainSherpa and Domaining.com… Ask questions and get answers in the forums.
