Vape shops are all the rage right. They are almost as abundant as used car lots, gas stations and drug stores. Do you know what that tells me? There is a vape shop that went into business at my local mall a few months ago. I’m sure they are paying a premium for rent.
What if they used the rent budget for marketing instead and took everything online. Why do this?
Less overhead. Mainly rent and employees being the largest.
Less start up costs. In a brick and mortar you have large upfront costs including buying inventory and deposits for utilities and your location..

The current owners spend about 300 on Facebook ads… They claim a profit around 1k a month..

Vape regulation. I’m sure it’s just a matter of time.
Will Facebook eventually restrict advertising these types of products similar to what Google did to porn years ago.
Are there any complaints or charge backs due to the long processing tines due to drop shipping?
Would it be feasible to keep some inventory on hand, shipping it to a fulfillment center for shipping… ?
